The classic Ford Mustang has grown into an American favorite. Since it's inception in 1964 the Ford Mustang has commanded a strong following of Mustang enthusiasts and collectors around the world. Powered by a stock 289 V-8 engine with an optional 4 barrel carburetor the Mustang was considered a popular muscle car. Three body styles were available: Coupe, Fastback and Convertible. Over the years the Mustang has evolved into many different body styles, but the classic Mustang will always be a favorite among collectors everywhere.
