What an outstanding 1962 Impala SS 2 door hardtop. Only 5 (1997) years since a thorough frame off restoration this classic is in excellent condition. Featuring a newer 350 block engine (original was 327) trimmed to look like original engine, yet upgraded with the 350 turbo transmission. This is a real SS car originally from Kentucky. Frame-off restoration was done in Monroe LA, where the car was purchased and brought to California. This car has factory A/C, power steering, power brakes, factory tach, gorgeous red interior, excellent dash gages and instruments. Restoration cost was over $25K to put this car in this condition. Original color is black and this car has been redone to show quality. The trunk and underbody are excellent, body is all steel and extremely straight. Chrome trim and emblems are exceptional. This is a car you should take to a show. Over 25K was spent to restore this car to this condition. This car has been featured in many Chevy magazines and displayed in the Lawrence Marshall Museum in Huston Tx for two years.
* Please note these cars are previously featured classics between the years 2000-2005. They are for your viewing pleasure and not available for sale.
