Looking for an absolutely clean California original T-Bird? This may be just the one - a 1957 Ford Thunderbird featuring the original 312 V8 engine and automatic transmission, power steering, power brakes, power windows, and power seats. This classic has just been purchased from the estate of the original owner. The documentation and paperwork on the car has been lost (except for the title), but it is believed the car has spent its whole existence in Southern California and it shows! The odometer displays 88,000 miles and is thought to be original. The car has been repainted once in Corinthian white, although the original color according to code was gray. The paint is still in very nice condition with some wear and small chips. The interior is in very good condition, and is the proper color pattern. The original dash, gauges and instruments are in excellent shape, including the working tachometer. The frame and underbody are solid and clean, and the body is dead straight. All chrome, glass, trim and emblems are excellent. The car comes with the original hardtop (no soft top), and a continental kit from a '56 T-Bird if wanted by the new owner. There is a small leak coming from the front transmission seal that would need attention. Apart from that, this very good driver runs great, and is ready to roll this spring!
