This absolutely excellent 1932 Ford Three Window Coupe was originally featured in Streetrodder Magazine (December '99), and we are fortunate to have it listed here on Calcruising. It is hard to describe this car because there are so many features, but here goes. The engine is a 1957 Chrysler 392 Hemi, bored .30 over and built by Vic Enyart with an exhaustive list of top line performance parts including a Crager polished blower manifold. The transmission is a TH 400 Jet Performance polished aluminum automatic with a Lokar shifter. The frame was custom built by the Duece Frame Company with spreader bars front and rear, 111' wheelbase that is pinched, notched with custom crossmembers. The front suspension was done by Chassis Engineering and is drilled, chrome axle and spindles, Duece Factory 4-bar, panchard bar, batwings, adjusters, shock mounts, spring perches, steering arms, tierod, drag link-all stainless, and with chromed Duece Factory shocks. The rear suspension is a Duece Factory Pro Series stainless 4 link, track bar and stabilzer bar, Spax coilovers (adjustable), and a Currie rear end. The brakes are Wilwood disc in front, and Currie drums in the rear. The interior is outstanding with the stock all steel dash featuring custom "Moon Eyes" gauges, Sony CD stereo, power windows, and excellent upholstery. The all steel body features a 2 3/4 inch chop done by Grant Lappe, original Ford grill and insert, 1933 commercial headlights and 1946 Ford tail lights with blue dots. The excellent black paint was done by West Coast Street Rods with flames added by Jimmy C. As you can tell, no expense has been spared in making this one complete street rod like no other. This is certainly not for the faint of heart, either in speed or in the pocketbook.
